Sand Beach Boutique Hotel opened its doors in 2023. It is an intimate place suitable for couples , families with children but also for groups of friends who want to have the whole property to themselves. The complex has 4 villas for rent with pool and private garden and hotel with 24 apartments with 200sqm pool and mini-pool for children under 4, restaurant & spa.
In the gardens you will enjoy a variety of exotic tropical island plants and trees, but you can also pick fresh fruit such as mango, banana, passion fruit, papaya and coconut.
The resort apartments consist of a king-size double bedroom (20sqm) with en-suite bathroom and dressing room plus living room with a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons and storage room. The whole apartment is 50sqm and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On request we can provide apartments with kitchenette and baby bed. The upstairs rooms have an ocean view and the downstairs rooms have their own terrace overlooking the pool and sun loungers.
All the furniture is new, handmade from mango wood, and all the apartments are decorated with paintings by local painters and African decorative objects.
The inner courtyards are covered with fine white sand.
Sand Beach Boutique Hotel offers you access to the private, well-kept beach with beach bar and free sunbeds.
The Sand Beach Boutique restaurant is newly opened in December 2023, with a capacity of 100 seats at tables, spread over the ground floor plus first floor. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoy a selection of African (Swahili) or European style food. Catch of the day is our recommendation, being a selection of tuna, red fish, king fish, barracuda or other ocean fish. Seafood is fresh and fresh, delivered daily by our fishermen.
In the complex there is also a Spa-Massage area for pampering and relaxing moments.

Each villa has 2 apartments. One apartment consists of 2 bedrooms of 20sqm each with king-size double bed and living room connected with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and all necessary utensils. Each room is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with shower and toiletries. The space of an apartment is very generous due to the height of 3m and the total area of 100sqm. In addition to the interior facilities, the villa has its own terrace , lounge area with sofas, and private outdoor swimming pool.
